Enjoy your holiday right by Lake Neubäu with lake views, a private terrace, and Wi-Fi. We offer you a lovingly furnished bungalow half with 53 sqm, two queen-size beds, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a sun terrace. A parking space is right next to the holiday home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Pets such as dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash in communal areas. In the separate laundry room of Sonnenpark (Building 1), coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available, so you can easily do your laundry even during longer stays. There is also a shared sauna (coin-operated). For summer days, two loungers, a sunshade, and a barbecue are provided free of charge. During colder months, a modern pellet stove ensures a cosy atmosphere and warm nights. The holiday home is located in a natural, fenced residential complex directly on Lake Neubäu, offering many leisure activities like swimming at the Sonnenpark’s private beach or hiking in the neighbouring nature reserve. A forest playground for children is right next to the entrance gate of Sonnenpark. For guests arriving by public transport, Neubäu train station is ideally located and just 15 minutes away. A supermarket is also just a few minutes away. We look forward to welcoming you! Pets are welcome and may be brought for an additional fee. House rules: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside (except on the terrace), nor are loud parties. Visitors not included in the booking are not permitted. The maximum occupancy of 4 people applies at all times (children under 2 years excluded).
